What are the purposes and legal basis of processing?

How long do we keep your data?
We retain data for the statutory limitation period of any applicable legal obligations, and for as long as both parties have an interest in maintaining the relationship, deleting it once it is no longer necessary for the purposes that justified its processing. Where consent is the legal basis, data will be processed until that consent is withdrawn.
How do I update my personal data?
The User guarantees that the personal data provided is truthful, accurate and up to date, and must notify us of any changes using the channels described in "Where can you exercise your rights?" below.
Who receives this information?
We do not share your information with third parties except where legally required, where necessary to provide the requested service, or where you have given your express consent.
Are there international data transfers?
Dream Nest Consultants, S.L. does not intend to carry out international transfers of your data. We may use service providers (hosting, maintenance, email services) that are required to ensure information is processed in accordance with applicable regulations.
What rights do data subjects have?
Anyone has the right to confirm whether we are processing personal data concerning them, to access it, to request rectification of inaccurate data or erasure, to request restriction of processing, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos).
